My online training courses are adapted to different needs and development phases. In addition to this, I offer limited space for mentoring. For those who are looking for a more individual experience.
My training and mentoring concept gives you a hiqh quality and uniquely developed training. It weaves toghether old, shamanic wisdom with the wisdom and experiences from my scientific background within social work and as a spiritual medium. Intuition and Energy awareness - Level 1
The path of Returning Home to Ourselves
(Prerequisite for level 2)
Whatever you choose to do in life, whether you walk the spiritual path as for example a shaman, medium, healer or not. In my experience, these basic tools are the most important you can develop and nurture.
In this online course you will learn more about your intuition, your inner navigation system, and how you can begin to navigate with energy. It gives you a holistic, basic understanding of the physical and metaphysical world. You will also learn how to safely communicate with the creative force, your soul and outside energies.
The training also includes tools for meditation and energetic self-care. Including how to understand your energy and different forms of energy influences.
This online course is based on teaching via video, audio, text and practical exercises. After completed training, you will receive a diploma.
Shamanic Energy medicine - Level 2
The path of the wounded healer
(Requirement: Level 1. Prerequisite for level 3)
In this course, you're offered basic knowledge and tools to start practicing shamanic energy medicine. In this course you will learn how to start answer the calling; to heal yourself and others. This course is beneficial no matter if you want to practice shamanism or other forms of healing.
The shamanic path is a path of light and darkness. To navigate this journey safely - for yourself or others - it is important that you learn to walk not only with love and fearlessness, but also with discernment and integrity.
You will learn more about the world of living energy and how it holds different energy forms. You will be taught how to navigate different parts of this world and how to practice self healing and energy safety.

Level 3 continues the training, under development. At Level 3 you're offered the possibility for certification, to start your journey of healing others.
